Data available from Covid-19 cell atlas
Datasets from the Covid-19 Cell Atlas are now available for you to interactively explore on FASTGenomics. Beyond visualization with cellxgene you can easily run your own analyses of the data and re-use them for your own research.
Most data are included in the paper SARS-CoV-2 entry factors are highly expressed in nasal epithelial cells together with innate immune genes by Sungnak et al. (Nature Medicine, 2020). The paper is a collaboration of the HCA Lung Biological Network, where FASTGenomics is proud to be part of.
